Usage guideline:
Cold Therapy:
- Lay the cap flat in the refrigerator at -10℃ for 1-2 hours.
- Take out the cap and wipe off any moisture.
- Put on the cap and hold it in place for about 10-15 minutes (actual usage may vary).
Note: When placing in the refrigerator, put the cap in an airtight bag to prevent odors.
Heat Therapy:
- Ensure the cap is at room temperature and lay it flat.
- Place it on a clean plate and put it in the microwave (power down) for 10 seconds. If more heat is needed, increase in 5-second increments.
- Put on the cap and hold it in place for about 10-15 minutes.
Note: The temperature should not exceed 55℃/131°F to avoid burning the skin.

It covers delayed, damaged, and lost items during shipment that meet the following criteria.

- Lost: Domestic packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) or international packages not delivered before the 60th day following order fulfillment are considered lost. The compensation for lost packages is the value paid for the purchased item(s).
If your package is damaged, lost, or delayed during shipping, you can submit a claim through any of the following channels:
- Email Notification: After purchasing Worry-Free Purchase, you will receive an email with a link to the Shipping Protection Resolution Center for easy claim submission.
- Tracking Page: While checking your package’s status, you can access the Seel Shipping Protection Resolution Center directly from the tracking page.
- Direct Access: Visit the Shipping Protection Resolution Center to file your claim at any time.
If the claim meets Seel’s requirements, you can choose between a reshipment of the item or a refund via email, issued as a prepaid credit card for your convenience.
