How do I place an order?

Once you’ve added all the items to your cart, proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping and payment information, then click “Place Order.”
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package by either using the tracking number in the email or
visiting our Tracking Page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Domestic Shipping: 3-10 business days.
International Shipping: 5-15 business days. International shipping may take up to 30 days depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for real-time updates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order is delayed, follow these steps:
Check your tracking information for the latest updates.
If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection and your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, file a claim with Seel at the Shipping Protection Resolution Center.

How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, enter the discount code in the "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" box.
Click "Apply" to update the total.
If the discount code doesn’t work, please verify the code’s terms or contact us for assistance.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we take your security seriously. All payments are processed through encrypted, secure systems, and we do not store sensitive payment information.
Order Returns
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@yourcompany.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can make changes or cancel it. Once the order is shipped, it can not be cancelled.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange it, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original, unused condition with the original packaging. Change of mind is not applicable from customer.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
To increase customer convenience and assurance, we have partnered with "Seel" for shipping protection program. If your package was damaged in transit and you purchased Worry-Free Purchase, you can file a claim at the Seel Shipping Protection Resolution Center.
What should I do if I receive an item I didn’t order?
If you received an item that you did not order, please contact us at support@yourcompany.com. We will arrange for a return and ensure the correct item is shipped to you promptly.
