It covers delayed, damaged, and lost items during shipment that meet the following criteria.

  1. Email Notification: After purchasing Worry-Free Purchase, you will receive an email with a link to the Shipping Protection Resolution Center for easy claim submission.
  2. Tracking Page: While checking your package’s status, you can access the Seel Shipping Protection Resolution Center directly from the tracking page.
  3. Direct Access: Visit the Shipping Protection Resolution Center to file your claim at any time.

If the claim meets Seel’s requirements, you can choose between a reshipment of the item or a refund via email, issued as a prepaid credit card for your convenience.
